These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sx77 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing a wager. By using sx77, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sx77 ("sx77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at sx77.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports wagering, casino gaming and all other services made available through the Platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
Each individual user is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform at any given time. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact support immediately at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sx77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify sx77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
sx77 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit valid identity documentation before your first withdrawal is processed, and may be required to do so at other points during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport. The operator reserves the right to require additional documentation at its discretion.
The Platform references Pakistani Rupee (PKR) for illustrative purposes and transactional display. The actual currency available for deposits and withdrawals is determined by the operator and the payment methods made available on the Platform. Users are responsible for understanding applicable currency conversion costs where relevant.
By accessing and using the sx77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.
sx77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. sx77 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability in such circumstances.
All deposits must be made using payment methods approved and made available by the operator on the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed on the cashier page. sx77 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not imply that any of those providers endorse, affiliate with or support the Platform.
Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and internal verification procedures. sx77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
sx77 may offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback Offers, Refer-a-Friend promotions and other incentive programmes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
No bonus is credited automatically unless expressly stated. Where an opt-in or bonus code is required, it must be applied prior to or at the point of qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived winnings are not available for withdrawal. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
While bonus funds are active, a maximum single-bet restriction applies (as specified in the relevant promotion terms — by way of illustrative example, PKR 1,000 per bet). Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. The expiry period is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
sx77 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage exploitation or use of automated strategies designed to exploit promotional structures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx77 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Balance:
All content on the sx77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, data feeds and user interface elements — is the property of sx77 or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from sx77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx77 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sx77 support. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be cancelled and any withdrawable Balance (following applicable KYC and wagering checks) will be returned to you via an approved payment method.
sx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, extended inactivity, legal or regulatory requirement, or any other reason at the operator's reasonable discretion. In cases of fraud or serious breach, all Balance may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary operating licence, as disclosed on the Platform. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply concurrently and may impose restrictions on online gambling activity.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified by the governing law jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the User's home jurisdiction requires otherwise.
sx77 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

Complaints will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and investigated in accordance with the operator's internal dispute-resolution procedure. Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to users at least seven days before taking effect. We will not silently update conditions in ways that disadvantage active players without proper notice.
